- Pick a Real Estate Agent to represent you
- Discuss your must haves in your future home
- Discuss & sign paperwork with your agent
- Prepare to start looking for your next home
STEP NO. 2
Now it is time to start touring homes. It is important to let your agent know what is important to you; such as, acres, location, bedrooms, kitchen wants & more.
STEP NO.3
After you have found a home that you love, you can now make an offer. What is an offer? An offer will be a binding contract between the buyer and seller when purchasing a property. You will review the details of the offer with your agent, disclosures on the property and ask any questions.
STEP NO. 4
When your offer gets accepted by the sellers, this means you are now Under Contract. Under Contract means you can start conducting inspections, ensure your lender has necessary paperwork to move forward & prepare to write your due diligence and/or earnest money check.
STEP NO. 5
You are now headed towards the closing table. This means you are preparing for your final walk through on the home with your agent. You will review any final paperwork from the escrow agent & lender.
STEP NO. 6
CONGRATS! You have made it to closing day & are signing for your new home.
